By accessing or using Yieldhub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Yieldhub is a dividend calendar and portfolio tracking tool focused on companies listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen (C25 index). The Service provides information about ex-dividend dates, declaration dates, and estimated payment dates for informational purposes only.
3. No Financial Advice
The information provided by Yieldhub is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Dividend data may be estimated or subject to change. Always verify data with official company announcements and consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.
4. Data Accuracy
Dividend data is sourced from third-party providers (EODHD) and may not always be complete or up to date. Estimated payment dates are calculated using the T+3 settlement rule adjusted for Danish public holidays. Yieldhub makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data presented.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
6. Privacy
Yieldhub stores only the minimum data necessary to provide the Service: your email address (for authentication) and the portfolio holdings you choose to add. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
Yieldhub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information provided therein.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
